A woman charged in the 2002 abduction of Utah teenager Elizabeth Smart is expected to enter a guilty plea on Tuesday. Wanda Eileen Barzee, 63, is due in Utah's U.S. District Court, where she will plead guilty on charges of kidnapping and unlawful transportation of a minor.
